🏥 Project Overview Health New Zealand (Te Whatu Ora) is seeking a qualified contractor for the Wairau Inpatients Cooling project. This initiative focuses on the installation of advanced HVAC cooling equipment within the inpatient areas of Wairau Hospital, Marlborough. Preparation of all documentation required for Building Consent and management of RFIs from the Marlborough District Council. Supply and Installation: Procurement and installation of HVAC solutions utilizing existing on-site chilled water capacity. This includes new chilled water pipelines, passive fire systems, cassette-type fan coil units, condensate drainage, and full electrical/mechanical commissioning.
