📋 Tender Overview Environment Canterbury (ECan) is initiating Phase 1 of the Digital Plan project, seeking a qualified delivery partner to transition from legacy PDF-based planning documentation to a modern, digitally native planning system. This project aims to establish a foundational platform for structured plan authoring, spatial integration, and public self-service. 🛠 Scope of Work The successful provider will be responsible for: Data Migration & Consolidation: Migrating existing knowledge graph models (Canterbury Land and Water Regional Plan) into a robust data platform. Model Extension: Extending the knowledge graph to incorporate the Canterbury Air Regional Plan. Technical Infrastructure: Establishing a Single Source of Truth (SSoT), integrating plan drafting interfaces, creating rule map linkages, and delivering an internal rule evaluation endpoint. 🎯 Requirements & Qualifications ECan is looking for partners with proven expertise in: Data Platforms: Experience with platforms such as Snowflake.
