š¢ Tender Overview Auckland Council Group (ACG), comprising Auckland Council, Auckland Transport, TÄtaki Auckland Unlimited, and Watercare, is inviting proposals for an enterprise-grade Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) platform. The objective is to implement a modern, scalable solution to enhance customer engagement across the entire council group. š Key Requirements & Scope Solution Type: Enterprise-grade CCaaS platform. Delivery Model: End-to-end delivery, including implementation and ongoing support, provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and their nominated delivery partner. Procurement Process: This is a two-stage procurement. Stage 1 is a qualifying Request for Proposals (RFP). Up to three successful respondents will be shortlisted for Stage 2, which will utilize a Lean Agile Procurement (LAP) process for collaborative evaluation. šÆ Desired Outcomes A unified, scalable customer engagement platform.
