Summary and scope
Auckland Council Group (ACG - Auckland Council, Auckland Transport, TÄtaki Auckland Unlimited and Watercare) is seeking proposals from Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) providers to deliver a modern, scalable platform supporting customer engagement across ACG. This is a platform-led procurement, we are seeking an established, enterprise-grade CCaaS solution. The solution must be delivered end-to-end, including implementation and ongoing support, by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and its nominated delivery partner.
