🚀 Tender Overview The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) is seeking proposals for the Strategic Technology Enhancement Project (STEP) – Application Services. This project is a critical initiative aimed at modernizing NZQA’s legacy application landscape and mitigating risks associated with the ageing electronic Qualifications Authority (eQA) platform. 📋 Scope of Work Successful suppliers will be expected to provide comprehensive application service capabilities, specifically focusing on three core areas: Learner Records Management: Managing learner profiles, Records of Achievement, and enrolment/results data. Assessment Management: Overseeing exam centre logistics, incident management, assessment delivery, and marking processes. Specialist Workforce Management: Managing the full lifecycle of the specialist workforce, including resource planning, onboarding, training, and financial claims/payments. 💡 Key Requirements Compliance: All proposals must strictly adhere to the requirements outlined in the forthcoming RFP documentation.
