Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora – Whanganui) is undertaking a project to refurbish and extend the Waimarino Health Clinic at Raetihi (the Project). We require a Main Contractor to undertake the construction works in a staged manner including Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), as follows: • undertake the Stage 1 Enabling & Refurbishment Works • provide ECI services and provide input to the detailed design documentation and • bid for and, if approved, undertake the Stage 2 Extension Works to extend the existing building.
