Summary and scope

Chatham Islands Council invites proposals from suitably qualified consultancies, local government organisations and other capable service providers to support the delivery of Council's resource management planning function. Council intends to establish a panel of up to three service providers. Panel members will be invited to compete for resource management planning assignments as they arise. Each assignment will be assessed against price, quality and methodology criteria relevant to the work required. This is a rare opportunity to partner with New Zealand's most remote rural community and its Council, supporting the lives and livelihoods of the Chatham Islands community through practical, trusted and locally responsive resource management planning.
