The Contract Works required are: - Replacement of existing timber window and exterior door joinery with thermally broken aluminium units across Blocks E, F, M and W, including linings, flashings, paint and weathertightness make-good. - Full refurbishment of the Hall toilet block in Block M (approx. 27m²): demolition, asbestos removal to the exterior wall, new partitions, sanitary fixtures, finishes, services, ventilation and a new hot water cylinder.
