Marlborough Girls’ College – Block C Demolition and Asbestos Removal • Marlborough Girls’ College are undergoing a redevelopment with Block C to begin Stage 2 of the works. Stage 1 is due for completion in December 2026 which will enable decanting of Block C to begin. Block C will then be undergoing a refurbishment with the demolition and asbestos removal portion of works (this RFT) aiming to be undertaken during the 26/27 Christmas holiday period to minimise disruption. A separate tender for the refurbishment of the Block C works will be undertaken.
