Summary and scope
This is a Professional Services contract for delivery of the Queenstown Offline PT Scoping Study. The Queenstown Offline Public Transport Scoping Study will focus on an offline public transport network which is likely to form part of the long-term network response to the problems identified through the recent Queenstown Strategic Network Plan. The Study will build on the SNP to validate the future transport task, test when offline public transport may be required, assess whether viable technology pathways exist, and identify any significant governance, funding, ownership, delivery or implementation constraints.
