This significant infrastructure development is designed to enhance grid stability and energy security as part of Australia's transition to net zero. 📋 Scope of Work The successful contractor will be responsible for: Supply: Providing high-quality fencing, safety barriers, and gate materials suitable for a large-scale energy site. Installation: Professional installation of all supplied fencing and barrier systems. Maintenance: Ongoing maintenance and safety checks for site fencing, cattle grids, and gates. 🎯 Requirements & Qualifications Business Status: Applicants must hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN). Capability: Demonstrated experience in industrial fencing and site security installations. Location: Preference is given to capable local and regional businesses in South Australia. 🔋 Project Context The Reeves Plains Energy Hub is a multi-stage development featuring a 500 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and a gas-fired power station. With Stage 1 of the BESS currently in the construction phase, this work package is critical for site security and operational safety.
