Project: Olympic and Paralympic Games Brisbane 2032 Project owner: BRISBANE ORGANISING COMMITTEE FOR THE 2032 OLYMPIC AND PARALYMPIC GAMES Location: ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA Australia Work package status: Open Scope: Full Scope Work package description: Brisbane 2032 invites qualified subcontractors and suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the scope outlined in the attached Scope of Works document. All submissions must be lodged via the Gateway by ICN platform. Full scope EOI - Submit if you can deliver the full scope of works outlined in the scope of works document. Registrants' applications will be considered for shortlisting. Brisbane 2032 aims to invite 3-5 to tender. Partial scope EOI - Submit if you can deliver part of the scope only. Your business details will be shared with successful tenderers for subcontracting opportunities directly with them. Project overview: IntroductionThe Olympic and Paralympic Games Brisbane 2032 (the Games) marks a transformative moment for Queensland, Australia, and the global Olympic and Paralympic movements. As the first Games to be awarded under the International Olympic Committee's (IOC) new approach to sustainable and legacy-focused hosting, Brisbane 2032 is more than a sporting event-it's a catalyst for economic, social, and environmental progress across the region.Project OverviewThe Games will be hosted across Brisbane, Queensland, and Australia, leveraging existing infrastructure and focusing on long-term community benefit. These Games aim to deliver enduring benefits for our communities, environment, and the economy.The Games will feature 28 Olympic and 22 Paralympic sports, with venues spread from Cairns to Coolangatta, as well as previous Games Hosts, Sydney and Melbourne. Partners invest significantly and can publicly communicate their support, unlike suppliers who provide goods or services via procurement but don't receive the same rights. Brisbane 2032 seeks Partners to help deliver a cost-neutral Games that benefits athletes, officials, spectators, and the community. Businesses interested in Partnership should register on Gateway by ICN and respond to relevant questions when suitable Work Packages are published.
