Project: 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon Project owner: A.W. EDWARDS PTY LTD Location: NSW Australia Work package status: Closed Scope: Full Scope Work package description: This package comprises the complete fabrication, supply, delivery, installation, and protection of all curtain wall systems and associated facade components. Scope includes all connections, brackets, cast-ins, fixings, sealants, mullions, glazing adaptors, stop ends, beads, sills, flashings, coverplates, insulation, capping, supporting framework, and an extensive range of facade elements such as clear and frosted glazing walls, terracotta aluminium cladding, batten and ribbed metal cladding, perforated metal panels, various louvre screens (acoustic included), fiber cement and metal sheeting, glass conference room walls, double/single curved metal screens, and all required secondary steelwork. Subcontractors must also provide internal skirtings, smoke seals, fire rating treatments, and all necessary seals, trims, flashings, vapour barriers, accessories, and protective measures. The package requires comprehensive shop drawings, including secondary steel details, and coverage of acoustic, thermal, fire, and reflectance performance requirements. All testing, warranty provisions, and prototype mock-ups (VMU & PMU) for system approval are included. Project overview: Goodman is constructing an 80MW data centre at 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon, within the Willoughby local government area.
