🏗️ Project Overview: Castlemaine Water Reclamation Plant Upgrade Coliban Water is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the Castlemaine Water Reclamation Plant (WRP) Upgrade, a flagship initiative within the 'Big Water Build Program'. This project involves the delivery of a new continuous flow treatment plant, including inlet works, oxidation ditch bioreactors, membrane bioreactors, UV disinfection, and solids handling facilities, all integrated into the existing site. 🛠️ Scope of Works The project will be delivered under a Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM) model. Key technical requirements include: Treatment Processes: Preliminary screening, secondary biological nutrient removal, membrane filtration, and UV disinfection. Infrastructure: Biosolids processing, chemical dosing, odour control, and electrical/instrumentation systems. Civil Works: Site drainage, access roads, pump stations, and decommissioning of redundant infrastructure.
