Project overview: About Yanara AustraliaYanara Australia is a renewable energy developer, owner and operator of complex, large-scale hybrid renewable energy projects.About the ProjectThe Mortlake Energy Hub consists of a solar farm delivered in two stages. Stage 1 is solar PV project of 300 MWac/435 MWdc AC-coupled with a 300 MW/1200 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). Stage 2 is a solar PV project of 150 MWac/200 MWdc AC-coupled with a 300 MW/1200 MWh BESS. The project site is located approximately 3km northwest of Mortlake, Victoria off of the Hamilton Highway. The project area is located within the Moyne Shire Council LGA.The delivery of the solar farm and BESS will be delivered via a full wrap EPC delivered by Gamuda Australia. Gamuda will be responsible for the design and construction of the Solar Farm, BESS and ancillary systems as well as commissioning of the Facility and BESS including grid commissioning.While the key PV and BESS components are procured internationally, local works include logistics, construction, project management and commissioning.
