EDWARDS PTY LTD Location: NSW Australia Work package status: Closed Scope: Full Scope Work package description: The Roller Doors & Shutters package provides a comprehensive solution for the design, coordination, supply, fabrication, delivery, installation, commissioning, and certification of all roller doors and shutters specified in the contract documents. This scope includes the preparation and submission of shop drawings, integration with architectural, structural, and building services requirements, and provision of all door units and associated hardware such as tracks, motors, controls, and fixings. All necessary finishes, including galvanizing and powder coating, are applied as specified, and installation is coordinated with related packages such as dock levellers to ensure seamless operation. Progressive and final cleaning, trade protection, and the restoration of affected areas are carried out throughout the process. The package further includes full system testing, commissioning, and the supply of operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, compliance certificates, and as-built documentation, including BIM data. All works comply with relevant codes, Australian Standards, WHS, and environmental requirements. Participation in coordination and commissioning meetings, as well as staging or return visits, is allowed for as necessary to ensure a fully operational, compliant, and integrated roller door and shutter solution at project handover. Project overview: Goodman is constructing an 80MW data centre at 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon, within the Willoughby local government area.
