🏗️ Project Overview: Sydney Metro West - Systems Frameworks Package Honeywell Ltd is seeking expressions of interest for the management and operation of a warehouse facility to support the Sydney Metro West project. This critical infrastructure initiative involves the construction of a 24-kilometre underground metro railway connecting Parramatta to the Sydney CBD, featuring stations at Westmead, Parramatta, Sydney Olympic Park, North Strathfield, Burwood North, Five Dock, The Bays, Pyrmont, and Hunter Street. 📦 Scope of Work The successful contractor will be responsible for the supply, management, and operation of a warehouse facility. Key requirements include: Facility Size: Approximately 500-600 square metres. Duration: Services are required from Q4 2027 through to Q1 2030. Project Context: The warehouse will support Honeywell’s delivery of essential systems, including Building Management Control, Electronic Access Control, CCTV, Fire Detection, Public Address, and Passenger Information Display Systems. 📋 Requirements for Bidders ICN Gateway Profile: Suppliers must maintain an accurate and comprehensive ICN Gateway company profile. Incomplete registrations may be disqualified. EOI Process: Honeywell encourages suppliers to engage with ICN for profile improvement workshops and guidance on the EOI process.
