Project: 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon Project owner: A.W. EDWARDS PTY LTD Location: NSW Australia Work package status: Closed Scope: Full Scope Work package description: The doors and hardware trade package includes the complete supply, installation, commissioning, and certification of all doors, frames, and associated hardware for the project, as specified in the contract drawings and documentation. The package covers both fire-rated and non-fire-rated doors, all required hardware, smoke seals, preparation, and all integration with related trades such as security and access systems. Key Inclusions: All specified doors (fire-rated, non-fire-rated, acoustic, etc.), frames, and door hardware as per project drawings and schedules. All hardware, including items not explicitly listed but required for compliance and certification (e.g., closers, locks, handles, hinges, push/pull plates, seals, vision panels, and door stops). All fire-rated mastic, grout, and smoke seals to doors and frames (including perimeter of fire-rated doors). Removal and reinstallation of hardware for painting, as well as cleaning and preparation of surfaces. Temporary and permanent fixings to ensure hardware is not damaged during construction. Multiple mobilizations/demobilizations and return visits as required by program or site constraints. Project overview: Goodman is constructing an 80MW data centre at 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon, within the Willoughby local government area.
