Project: 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon Project owner: A.W. EDWARDS PTY LTD Location: NSW Australia Work package status: Open Scope: Full Scope Work package description: The epoxy flooring package includes the complete documentation, supply, installation, and ongoing maintenance of epoxy flooring and associated works in accordance with all subcontract documents, specifications, Australian Standards, and statutory regulations. The subcontractor is responsible for all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and plant required to deliver a fully compliant solution. This package covers the application of epoxy flooring to all specified areas, including topping of data hall floor slabs and ensuring adequate coverage and returns at adjacent walls and corridor hobs. Works include full site preparation, inspection, accurate layout, and use of VOC-compliant epoxy products to achieve a smooth, level, and consistent finish within required flatness and levelness tolerances. The subcontractor must perform touch-ups for any damage, maintain dust control during preparation, warrant the finish against discoloration and defects, treat all expansion joints, and ensure the floor is free from marks, cracks, or peeling. Further, the subcontractor is responsible for integrating works with construction drawings and other trades, protecting all finished surfaces until handover, and completing all disruptive activities after hours as required. The final product must be fully certified to Australian Standards, NCC, and project requirements, with all completed works delivered to the highest quality and durability standards. Project overview: Goodman is constructing an 80MW data centre at 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon, within the Willoughby local government area.
