Project: 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon Project owner: A.W. EDWARDS PTY LTD Location: NSW Australia Work package status: Open Scope: Full Scope Work package description: The subcontractor is responsible for delivering a complete, high-quality painting and finishing system for all specified surfaces, fully coordinated to meet all codes, standards, and project requirements. This includes comprehensive preparation, protection, access, compliance, and handover activities. Scope includes the supply and application of Dulux (or approved equivalent) paint to all internal and external walls, ceilings, doors, frames, structural steel, bulkheads, skirtings, metal ceilings, slab edges, precast, concrete, brick, block walls, hobs, beams, downpipes, and other relevant substrates in both data halls and office buildings. All works must strictly adhere to manufacturers instructions and require approval at each substrate and coating stage. Plasterboard walls and ceilings are to receive a minimum three-coat system (primer, undercoat, and finish), with thorough patching, sanding, and caulking as needed. For concrete, blockwork, and precast/in situ panels, the subcontractor is to ensure cleaning, patching, sanding, priming, and sealing to achieve a consistent finish, addressing all marks, holes, and imperfections. All timber and metal doors and frames must be patched, sanded, and painted as specified, ensuring surfaces are smooth and defect-free before priming. Every step must be executed to the highest standard, ensuring a durable and aesthetically consistent finish across the project. Project overview: Goodman is constructing an 80MW data centre at 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon, within the Willoughby local government area.
