Key requirements include: Surface Application: Supply and application of Dulux (or equivalent) coatings to internal/external walls, ceilings, doors, frames, structural steel, bulkheads, and concrete substrates. Technical Standards: Adherence to a minimum three-coat system for plasterboard, including professional patching, sanding, and caulking. Substrate Preparation: Comprehensive cleaning and preparation of concrete, blockwork, and metal surfaces to ensure a defect-free, high-quality finish.
