🏢 Project Overview: 2 Lanceley Place Data Centre A.W. Edwards Pty Ltd is seeking expressions of interest for the Fixtures, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E) trade package for the construction of a major 80MW data centre located at 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon, NSW. This project is a State Significant Development (SSD-66777221) involving the construction of a seven-storey, 90MVA facility. 🛠 Scope of Work The successful subcontractor will be responsible for the full scope of architectural works, including the supply, installation, and coordination of: Joinery & Furniture: Fixed and loose joinery, workstations, storage units, lockers, benches, shelving, cabinetry, seating, and tables. Integrated Fixtures: Signage, noticeboards, whiteboards, pinboards, window furnishings, mirrors, and bathroom accessories. Coordination: Integration with building services (power, data, hydraulic, fire, and mechanical) to ensure full functionality. Documentation & Compliance: Provision of shop drawings, samples, warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built documentation. 📋 Requirements for Bidders Registration: Interested parties must maintain an up-to-date company profile on the Gateway by ICN platform. Capability: Suppliers must demonstrate the ability to manage site coordination, protection of finishes, testing, commissioning, and defect rectification. Process: A.W.
