🏗️ Project Overview: 2 Lanceley Place Data Centre A.W. EDWARDS PTY LTD is seeking expressions of interest for a comprehensive Roofing and Associated Works package for the construction of an 80MW data centre located at 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon, NSW. This project is part of a State Significant Development (SSD-66777221) involving the development of a seven-storey, 90MVA facility. 🛠️ Scope of Work The successful subcontractor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the roofing works, including: Design & Documentation: Development of shop drawings, BIM deliverables, and Safety in Design (SID) integration. Supply & Installation: Metal roofing, sarking, roof battens, flashings, fascias, gutters, and downpipes for various structures including the Office Building and Switchrooms. Compliance & Standards: Adherence to AS1562.1:2018, AS3500.3:2021, NABERS requirements, and ISO 9001 QA standards. Testing & Commissioning: Full testing, certification, and provision of comprehensive O&M manuals. 📋 Requirements for Bidders Registration: Interested parties must maintain an up-to-date Gateway by ICN company profile. Incomplete registrations may be disqualified. Capabilities: Bidders must demonstrate the capacity to manage large-scale commercial roofing projects, coordinate with other trades, and meet strict statutory and council regulations. Process: A.W.
