🏗️ Project Overview: 2 Lanceley Place Data Centre A.W. EDWARDS PTY LTD is seeking expressions of interest for a Technical Clean work package (Tender ID: icnwp135280) for a major data centre development in Artarmon, NSW. This project involves the construction of an 80MW, seven-storey data centre facility (State Significant Development SSD-66777221) for Goodman. 🧹 Scope of Work The successful subcontractor will be responsible for providing all necessary plant, labour, equipment, and materials to perform comprehensive cleaning services. Key deliverables include: Specialized Cleaning: Technical cleaning of data halls, comms rooms, and office areas, including high-level surfaces, cable trays, and sensitive equipment (UPS units, CRAC/CRAH units, switchboards, and sensors). Standards Compliance: Performance of indoor air quality testing in accordance with ISO 14644-1:2015 standards. Operational Maintenance: Management of tacky mats, use of air scrubbing machinery, and thorough floor maintenance (vacuuming, damp mopping, and scrub-washing).
