Project: Victoria University Centre of Excellence Paramedicine Project owner: Victoria University Location: VIC Australia Work package status: Open Scope: Full Scope Work package description: Supply to site all amenities requirements such as tea & coffee, cleaning products, etc. Project overview: The Project is being delivered by Alchemy Construct in conjunction with Victoria University and the Videre Group with their project manager's Michael Baker, Gary Beck and Jennifer Au respectively.There are two parts to the project at the Victoria University Sunshine Campus. A new build ambulance Pavillion and an internal refurbishment of building A to provide state of the art simulation spaces.The Ambulance Pavillion will house seven ambulances to be used in conjunction with the internal simulation spaces to provide high end training for healthcare professionals in Victoria. The new pavilion includes a site strip of a grassed space on campus, in ground services and concrete slab, with a structural steel structure topped with an Armax roof. Internal finishes suit the ambulance training requirements. External hard and soft landscaping will complete the project.Internally the works involve transforming the existing space into a state-of-the-art simulation space with a flagship simulation room on Level 1. This involves stripping the existing space back, realigning and upgrading the services and putting up new internal partitions before applying acoustic finishes, joinery and FF&E.The project is underway with the service and structure trades let, however Alchemy is currently letting finishes trades, plus supply options for both the internal and external works including Doors (Hardware and Frames), Joinery, Epoxy Finishes, Signage and Decal, Glazing, Landscaping and Site Cleaning.The supplier will be expected to meet and work to Alchemy and Victoria University Standards, comply with all Alchemy and Victoria University Conditions and be able to work in a live environment that will be occupied by students, professionals and other members of the public.The project is due to be complete 24/09/2026.HOW TO REGISTER AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)To submit an EOI, companies must have an ICN Gateway company profile.
