This initiative, part of the Zero Emission Buses Program for Transport for NSW, involves the construction of a new battery electric bus depot located at 1A and 1B Talavera Road, Macquarie Park. 📋 Scope of Work This tender covers a comprehensive Building Package for the development of fully operational facilities, including: Structural & Architectural Works: Construction of a new administration building, a multistorey staff/security building, and a bus maintenance workshop. Infrastructure: Installation of battery charging infrastructure, bus maintenance bays, a wash bay, and an underground staff car park (approx. 150 spaces). Site Upgrades: Widening and upgrading Pittwater Road, new lighting, fencing, security booths, and fire safety equipment.
