🏗️ Project Overview: Macquarie Park Bus Depot Fulton Hogan Construction Pty Ltd is seeking expressions of interest for the FRP of Structures (Formwork, Reinforcement, and Concrete) work package for the new Macquarie Park Bus Depot in NSW. This project is a critical component of the Transport for NSW (TfNSW) Zero Emission Buses Program, aimed at transitioning the bus fleet to battery-electric technology. 📋 Scope of Work The successful contractor will be responsible for the full scope of structural concrete works, including: Formwork: Provision and installation of all necessary formwork. Reinforcement: Fixing of steel reinforcement. Concrete Placement: Pouring and finishing of structural elements. Compliance: All work must adhere to strict TfNSW specifications, including the supply of ancillary materials, finishing, and curing to meet durability and structural performance standards. 📍 Project Context The Macquarie Park facility will support approximately 165 electric buses. Key infrastructure includes charging stations, maintenance and wash bays, an underground staff car park, and a multi-storey security building.
