🏗️ Project Overview: Northern Transmission Project (NTx) ElectraNet Pty Limited is seeking expressions of interest for the Australian Steel Solution for the Northern Transmission Project (NTx) in South Australia. This major infrastructure initiative is designed to expand transmission capacity, unlock renewable energy resources, and support the state's transition to a sustainable energy future. 📋 Scope of Work The project involves the construction of two high-capacity transmission line sections: Southern Section: Approximately 130km of 330kV transmission line connecting Bundey to a new substation north of Adelaide. Northern Section: Approximately 450km of 330kV transmission line connecting Bundey to Whyalla via Yunta. ElectraNet is conducting this Registration of Interest (ROI) to evaluate the capability and readiness of the Australian market to supply domestically manufactured and fabricated tower steel. 🎯 Key Requirements End-to-End Solutions: Respondents should be capable of providing a full supply chain solution, including steelmaking, fabrication, galvanising, and logistics. Consortiums: Collaborative, consortium-based approaches that integrate domestic capabilities are highly encouraged.
