🏥 Project Overview: New Mandurah Hospital (NMH) Redevelopment Built Pty Limited, in partnership with the Government of Western Australia and Sacyr as part of the WA Health Alliance (WAHA), is seeking expressions of interest for the New Mandurah Hospital (NMH) Project. This major infrastructure initiative follows the successful transition of the Peel Health Campus to public management and aims to deliver a state-of-the-art medical facility to serve the growing Peel region. 📋 Scope of Work This tender represents a Full Scope opportunity for contractors and suppliers to participate in the construction of a new hospital facility adjacent to the existing campus. Key clinical and infrastructure deliverables include: Emergency Services: Expanded Emergency Department and a dedicated Mental Health Emergency Centre. Clinical Facilities: Modern operating theatres, clinical support spaces, and expanded chemotherapy and outpatient services. Inpatient Care: Increased capacity for inpatient and specialist palliative care beds. 🏗️ Project Requirements & Timeline Project Delivery: The project is being executed by the WA Health Alliance with support from delivery partners Aurecon and Architectus.
