๐Ÿ—๏ธ Project Overview: The Wave (Rail) Stage 1 Brownfield Package The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), in partnership with the Beerwah Coast Connect Alliance (Laing O'Rourke, Hatch, and Georgiou), is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Roofing and Cladding services related to the Stage 1 Brownfield Package of 'The Wave' rail project in Queensland, Australia. ๐Ÿ“‹ Scope of Work This work package is part of a major infrastructure program delivering a new passenger rail line connecting Beerwah, Caloundra, Birtinya, and Maroochydore. Key project components include: Station Upgrades: Comprehensive rebuild of Beerwah Station to meet Disability Discrimination Act 1992 standards, including new platforms, vertical access, and modern facilities. Rail Infrastructure: Construction of a new grade-separated rail junction, track modifications, and a new stabling facility (Beerwah South Yard). Precinct Works: Integration of roadworks, active transport links, bus interchanges, and park-and-ride facilities.
