🏗️ Project Overview: The Wave (Rail) Stage 1 Brownfield Package The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), in partnership with the Beerwah Coast Connect Alliance (Laing O'Rourke, Hatch, and Georgiou), is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Site Fuel Supply work package (Tender ID: icnwp141984). This project is a critical component of the Direct Sunshine Coast Line, aimed at delivering a new passenger rail line and metro-style service connecting Beerwah, Caloundra, Birtinya, Maroochydore, and the Sunshine Coast Airport. 📋 Scope of Work This package involves the provision of site fuel supply to support the extensive construction activities associated with the Stage 1 Brownfield Package. The broader project scope includes: Rail & Station Upgrades: Construction of a new third platform at Beerwah Station, vertical access improvements, and modern facility upgrades. Track & Infrastructure: Modification of 4km of existing track, new freight holding roads, and a new grade-separated rail junction. Civil & Ancillary Works: Road realignments, utility relocations, drainage, earthworks, and landscaping. 🚀 Key Requirements for Bidders Registration: Suppliers must submit EOIs via the ICN Gateway and are encouraged to register on the Beerwah Coast Connect Felix - Enterprise Marketplace Platform.
