The Stage 1 Brownfield Package focuses on critical upgrades to existing rail, station, and road infrastructure, including: Station Upgrades: Modernizing Beerwah Station for DDA compliance, including new platforms, vertical access, and enhanced facilities. Track & Rail Infrastructure: Modifications to existing track, new freight holding roads, and the construction of a grade-separated rail junction. Precinct & Utility Works: Road realignments, active transport links, bus interchanges, and extensive utility relocations.
