๐Ÿ—๏ธ Project Overview: The Wave (Rail) Stage 1 Brownfield Package The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), in partnership with the Beerwah Coast Connect Alliance (Laing O'Rourke, Hatch, and Georgiou), is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Anti Graffiti work package associated with the Stage 1 Brownfield Package of 'The Wave' rail project in Queensland, Australia. ๐Ÿ“‹ Scope of Work 'The Wave' is a major infrastructure initiative delivering a new passenger rail line connecting Beerwah, Caloundra, Birtinya, and Maroochydore. The Stage 1 Brownfield Package involves extensive upgrades to existing rail, station, and road infrastructure, including: Station Upgrades: Modernizing Beerwah Station to meet Disability Discrimination Act 1992 standards, including new platforms, vertical access, and enhanced station facilities. Rail Infrastructure: Construction of new grade-separated junctions, track modifications, and the implementation of the European Train Control System (ETCS) Level 2. Precinct Works: Development of bus interchanges, active transport links, and park-and-ride facilities.
