🏗️ Project Overview: The Wave (Rail) Stage 1 Brownfield Package The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), in partnership with the Beerwah Coast Connect Alliance (Laing O'Rourke, Hatch, and Georgiou), is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Concrete Pump work package (Tender ID: icnwp141999) as part of the major The Wave rail infrastructure project in Queensland, Australia. 📋 Scope of Work This project involves the delivery of the Stage 1 Brownfield Package, which includes significant upgrades to existing rail, station, and road infrastructure in the Beerwah region. Key components include: Rail & Station Upgrades: Modernization of Beerwah Station, including new platforms, vertical access, and accessibility compliance (DDA 1992). Track Infrastructure: Modification of approximately 4 km of existing track, new freight holding roads, and the construction of a grade-separated rail junction. Transport & Precinct Works: Development of bus interchanges, active transport links, and expanded park-and-ride facilities.
