The Stage 1 Brownfield Package focuses on: Station Upgrades: Modernizing Beerwah Station to meet Disability Discrimination Act 1992 standards, including new platforms, vertical access, and upgraded facilities. Rail Infrastructure: Modification of existing track, new freight holding roads, and the construction of a grade-separated rail junction. Precinct Works: Road modifications, active transport links, bus interchanges, and park-and-ride facilities.
