The program aims to establish a collaborative network of specialist providers capable of delivering high-quality, value-driven services across a broad range of Defence-related disciplines. Across the country there is no shortage of capable organisations ready to contribute more to Defence outcomes. Model26 is designed to bring together established advisory firms, specialist SMEs and delivery partners within a structure that better aligns capability, commercial sustainability and long-term Defence outcomes. It builds on what works, introducing an additional delivery structure within the MSP framework that is designed to reduce cost pressure, strengthen accountability and build capability that lasts. This is not a new system. It is a more aligned way of operating within the one Defence already knows and trusts.
