It is undertaking targeted market engagement to identify capable builders for reinstatement, refurbishment, building and minor works in their Villages located in Wagga Wagga, Coffs Harbour, Bundaberg and Port Lincoln.The opportunity covers planned and reactive works in occupied retirement villages. Indicative services include vacant unit reinstatements, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, painting, flooring, joinery, building repairs, minor alterations, compliance rectification, make-safe works and coordination of specialist trades. Work will be issued under project-specific work packages. Appointments will be non-exclusive and no minimum volume of work is guaranteed.
