Project: State Square Art Gallery & Precinct Redevelopment Project owner: SITZLER PTY LTD Location: NT Australia Work package status: Open Scope: Full Scope Work package description: Express interest to be notified of any updates or opportunities that may arise. Project overview: Sitzler was recently awarded the construction contracts for the State Square Art Gallery (Stage 1) and Precinct Redevelopment (Stage 2).Stage 1The Stage 1 Art Gallery package of works is currently at 95% design documentation, with Sitzler calling for pricing by 25/11/2022.Stage 2The Stage 2 Precinct Redevelopment works comprise an Early Contractor's Involvement (ECI) package. Sitzler will work with project Stakeholders to develop the design before approaching the market for pricing in 2023.If you would like to price Stage 1 works, please send an email enquiry to state.square@sitzler.com.au to obtain documentation.To be notified of all project developments and upcoming opportunities - including Stage 2 packages, please register your interest via the "Keep me Updated" EOI on the Works Packages tab.Sitzler commits to identifying successful subcontractors throughout the project to maximise downstream opportunities for local and Aboriginal businesses.
