Project: Eastern Freeway Upgrades - Burke to Tram Project owner: Eastern Freeway Burke to Tram Alliance CNOP JV Location: VIC Australia Work package status: Open Scope: Full Scope Work package description: Express interest for any opportunities that may arise for this project. Project overview: The Eastern Freeway - Burke to Tram will be designed and delivered by the Eastern Freeway - Burke to Tram Alliance which includes Major Road Projects Victoria, Laing O'Rourke, Symal, Arcadis and WSP. The Scope of Works includes:Upgrade to existing Eastern freeway over 6.5km,Bulleen Interchange interfacing with the Central package, Bulleen sporting grounds and facilitiesDoncaster Interchange, Doncaster Park & RideNew dedicated Doncaster busway and Collector-Distributors,Noise walls, retaining wallsShared user paths along the length of the freeway (South Package)Pedestrian bridges and underpasses; andUtilities relocations and protection works.OpportunitiesThe delivery activities will leverage the Supply chain and will provide opportunities to suppliers and subcontractors, including:CivilsStructures (Structural steel, FRP, and Precast)PilingDrainageReinforcement supply and prefabricationConstruction materials (quarry, concrete)Noise and retaining wallsShared user paths along the length of the Freeway (South Package)Pedestrian bridges and underpasses; andAsphalting.TimingCritical procurement including long lead times start in July 2023 to end 2024, with the remaining procurement starting circa end 2023 to May 2025, for delivery starting circa end 2023 to April 2027.HOW TO REGISTER AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)To submit an EOI, companies must have an ICN Gateway company profile.
