### 📢 Tender Overview: Safety Speakers Program (prj_1357) Insurance and Care NSW (icare), in partnership with SafeWork NSW, is seeking to establish a **diverse panel of professional speakers** for the new Safety Speakers Program. This initiative replaces the previous Paralympics Speakers Program and aims to leverage personal experiences of workplace or road injuries to drive safety awareness and behavioral change across NSW workplaces. ### 🎯 Scope and Objectives Selected speakers will be tasked with: * **Public Speaking:** Sharing personal experiences regarding workplace/road injuries or fatalities. * **Safety Advocacy:** Promoting workplace health and safety (WHS) practices and inspiring positive cultural shifts. * **Strategic Alignment:** Working with icare and SafeWork NSW to address priority industries and safety themes based on current injury data and strategic goals. ### 📋 Requirements for Bidders * **Experience:** Respondents must provide evidence of a minimum of 3 prior speaking engagements (as per Addendum 1). * **Evaluation Criteria:** Proposals will be assessed based on Capability, Compliance, and Experience. * **Process:** Shortlisted respondents will be invited to an interview stage to demonstrate their capacity and capability. ### 📅 Key Dates * **Open Date:** 25-Mar-2026 * **Close Date:** 29-Apr-2026, 3:00 PM * **Decision Date:** 20-May-2026 This opportunity is ideal for professional speakers, safety advocates, and individuals with lived experience in workplace injury recovery.
