Summary and scope
The Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) hosts a suite of spatial, planning and land use–focused applications and services delivering functions both internally to the Victorian Government, as well as out to key stakeholders and to the public. These applications are primarily deployed within Amazon Web Services cloud (AWS), with some Microsoft Azure cloud applications as well, with integrations to external systems and API’s, datasets, and stakeholder platforms. To ensure continuity, reliability, and scalability, DTP seeks a third-party managed support provider capable of delivering a range of support services tailored to applications with varying levels of criticality and complexity. This opportunity seeks a mature vendor with scalable operations and proven capability in supporting both spatial and non-spatial applications within complex enterprise environments. While the Organisation ’s preference is to engage a single Supplier to provide an integrated support service, responses from consortia or collaborative arrangements involving multiple Supplier s will also be considered where they can demonstrate clear accountability, cohesion and value for money. Responses to be submitted via Buying for Victoria. BRIEFING: Spatial, Planning, Land Use Maintenance, Support and Development Services. Registration closes: 12 November 2025 02:00 pm.
