Events Panel Traffic Management, Infrastructure & Staging, AV

Summary and scope

Inner West Council invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers/service providers to quote an interest for the contract of either Event Traffic Management, Staging & Event Infrastructure or AV across council events over the next three years. Contractors may submit tenders for one or more categories. One or more contractors may be selected for each category of service. The initial contract term is for [3] years subject to satisfactory performance by the successful tenderer, which will be determined by Inner West Council with an option to extend for up to a further [2] years (1 plus 1 years). Through this request for tender process, Council expects to select and appoint a panel of pre-qualified contractors which council will then be able to engage from time to time, either directly, or via a selective request for quotation process dependent on project scope and suitability. This requirement will be detailed in an individual engagement brief. The distribution of work to service providers appointed to the panel will be at council’s discretion. Council does not guarantee any number of projects.
