Summary and scope
Inner West Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced and capable registered Tier-1 community housing providers (CHP), or registered Tier-1 CHP led consortia, to finance, develop, operate and manage affordable housing on up to three Council owned Sites. This EOI is intended to be the first stage in a multi-stage process, comprising: • Stage 1 - this EOI process, and • Stage 2 - an RFT process. Following this EOI, Council’s intention is to invite a preferred Respondent for each Site (Preferred Respondent(s)) to participate in a second stage of the process. In the second stage, Council will work with the Preferred Respondent to finalise their proposal including Transaction Documents as part of their RFT submission, to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome for both parties.
