# NSW Government ICT Services Prequalification Scheme (SCM0020) This is a mandatory, whole-of-government prequalification scheme managed by **Digital NSW** for suppliers delivering **Information and Technology (ICT) goods and services** to the NSW Government. ## 🎯 Scope and Mandate All NSW Government agencies are required to source ICT/digital goods and services through suppliers listed on Scheme **SCM0020**, as directed by NSW Procurement Board Direction PBD 2021-04. An exception exists for engagements up to \$150,000 (ex. GST) where direct procurement from an SME is permitted.
