### 📡 SCM0053 Operational Telecommunications Equipment, Infrastructure and Services The **NSW Telco Authority** is inviting suppliers to join the **SCM0053** scheme, a mandatory, whole-of-government procurement framework designed for the acquisition of equipment, infrastructure, and specialist services required to build, operate, and maintain government-run telecommunications networks. #### 📋 Scope of Work Suppliers can register under three primary categories: * **Category A (Equipment):** Includes network equipment (narrowband/broadband), link equipment, satellite hardware, terminal equipment, and power systems. * **Category B (Infrastructure):** Covers antenna support structures, security/safety systems, fibre infrastructure, and communications buildings. * **Category C (Services):** Encompasses site acquisition, network planning, project management, construction, maintenance, consultancy, and satellite carriage services. #### 🏗️ Membership Levels * **Base Supplier List:** For contracts up to $250,000 (low risk, no 'As a Service' items). * **Advanced Supplier List:** For contracts over $250,000 (high risk, includes 'As a Service' items). #### 🔑 Key Requirements Applicants must provide: * **Referee Reports:** Minimum of two (Base) or three (Advanced) reports from the last three years. * **Management Systems:** Evidence of QMS (ISO 9001), EMS (ISO 14001/20400), and WHSMS (ISO 45001) where applicable. * **Insurance:** Specific coverage levels for Public Liability, Product Liability, Workers Compensation, and Professional Indemnity. * **Warranties:** Minimum 12-month warranty on goods/services.
