**Note:** Media planning and media buying services are explicitly excluded from this scheme.
## 📝 Key Requirements for Application
Suppliers must demonstrate expertise by applying for up to **three main capabilities** and nominating relevant services within them. Mandatory application components include:
* Two tailored case studies per applied capability (must be within two years of submission).
* Three client references, with at least two supporting the submitted case studies.
* A rate card with firm hourly rates for 24 months.
* Demonstration of experience across defined project budget tiers.
**Current Status:** Applications (new and resubmissions) are currently **on hold** pending a review of SCM2701.
