### 📋 Key Requirements
* **Experience:** Demonstrated capability in nominated categories with verifiable client references.
* **Compliance:** Agreement to the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework and the DFSI Statement of Business Ethics.
* **Insurance:** Requirement to maintain Workers' Compensation, Public Liability ($10M+), and Professional Indemnity insurance (preferred $5M).
