A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises: Delivering scheduled and responsive maintenance for the NT Government–managed sealed Umbakumba Road on Groote Eylandt in the East Arnhem Region. Includes: · Cyclical maintenance grading activities including Open, Maintenance, Invert and Full grading. · Storm damage road and drainage repairs Sealed Rural Road Maintenance works on the rural sealed road network include: · Edge break repairs · Surface pothole repairs · Minor areas of sealing activities · Sealed shoulder grading Other works not scheduled but in keeping with the nature of the contract may be ordered at the discretion of the Superintendent.
