Summary and scope
Council is seeking tenders to design and construct a Skatepark at Billy Dunn Oval, Nandoura Street, Gulgong. The skatepark needs to be concrete and consist of a bowl and other elements. Preliminary community surveys have been included in this tender to base designs on community requests. Submitted quotes and initial concept designs that meet all criteria will be placed on public exhibition for comment, including Councils website and Facebook page. Received public comments will form part of the evaluation to the selection of the successful tenderer. The tenderer awarded the project will be required to adjust designs in alignment to comments and requests before finalising. A mandatory onsite meeting will only be required by the successful tenderer to finalise designs.
