SCOPE AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS TENDER Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of the following services at The Ridge Golf Course and Driving Range: • Operational Management • Golf Course Maintenance Tenderers may elect to submit a Tender for one or both requirements. Detailed specifications of the extent of services (both Operational and Maintenance) required by Council are set out in Part 5 of this Tender document. Tenderers submitting a Tender for Golf Course Maintenance are required to complete Annexure A Pricing Schedule. Tenderers submitting a Tender for Operational Management are required to complete the pricing details in Part 3 Returnable Schedules - Operational SITE INSPECTION AND TENDER BRIEFING A non-mandatory site inspection and tender briefing will be held on site at The Ridge Golf Course on Tuesday 11 December 2018 at the following times: 10am Operational Management 11am Golf Course Maintenance Tenderers are requested to confirm their attendance via email to tpayne@ssc.nsw.gov.au by COB Monday 10 December 2018. CLOSING TIME The Closing TIme for this RFT is Tuesday 15 January 2019 at 2.00pm. Late submissions will not be considered.
