RFT1819-00018 - Perkins Avenue Drainage Upgrade - Stage 2 (Readvertised)

Summary and scope

The City of Bunbury is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to install and upgrade stormwater infrastructure at Bill Beaton Park, Perkins Ave, East Bunbury. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to; a) Site preparation and location of all utilities; b) Adherence to ASS and Dewatering Management Plans (Prepared by Cardno); c) Permits and Licences required to undertake the works; d) Traffic Management; e) By-pass pumping and diversion of flow to Water Corporation Sewer, if required; f) De-watering; g) Removal of kerbing; h) Excavate, remove decommissioned drainage infrastructure; i) Supply and install new stormwater infrastructure; j) Capping of redundant stormwater pipework; k) Connection of new stormwater pipework to existing infrastructure; l) Backfill and compact trenches; m) Reinstatement of disturbed items such as road pavement, kerbs, ramps, verges, irrigation driveways, etc; n) Remedial works to make the site safe; o) Site de-establishment; and p) All other works as defined within the design drawings and specifications. Work not included in the Scope of Works ( work by others); a) The City will conduct letter drops to nearby residents to notify of the Works.
