Summary and scope
One of Sutherland Shire Council’s (SSCs) core principles is “to provide services of value for our rate payers”. It is therefore the intention of Council to identify a company that can demonstrate its capabilities of providing innovative and forward thinking approaches to irrigation control and support. Council is looking to partner with a company that can provide a high quality service at economic rates with regards to: • Maintaining an irrigation control system that has capacity to; program, monitor & control and fault report remotely. Council currently has some 35 sites that are to be included in the proposed Irrigation Control & Support Agreement. A detailed project brief / specification of the extent of services required by Council are set out in Section 2 of this RFE document.
